Creamy Gluten-Free Dip For Meats and Vegetables
(This goes really well with my Cornmeal * and Maseca * Breaded and Fried Pork Fingers)
(Makes enough for 4 people)
Ingredients:
1 Cup Sour Cream *
1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce *
1/8th Teaspoon Curry Powder (Madras)
Black Pepper to taste
Process:

Simply mix the ingredients together.

One might consider adding finely diced fruits, vegetables, or herbs such as tomatoes, cucumbers (no seeds) or parsley.
* Be sure to use a gluten-free brand of this product.
