Welcome to my itsy-bitsy Gluten-Free World!!!

   Wow!!!  I am one of those folks who often appears to be and/or can sometimes be described as, “being in his own little world.”  And of course… I know that is frequently NOT a compliment. 

  About a week ago I found this great new toy.  It is a called “Clustrmaps“.  It somehow generally maps points on a Global map from which visitors visit my blog/site(s). 

  Welcome to The World!!!  In about a week I have been able to go into my blog and view all these tiny little red dots around the globe from whence people have apparently come to Gluten-Free Simplicity.

  For me… a simple guy who often just lives in his own world… this is great – I now have a larger itsy-bitsy Gluten-Free World!!!  Thanks to you guys who read it and also thanks to the technology…

Peeps are Gluten-Free!!!

  Regardless of religious beliefs, many of us who are living these Gluten-Free lives miss lots of the holiday treats we used to love. I was pleasantly surprised the other day.

Peeps are Gluten-Free!!!

  I was at the store at an “Easter” display, and I read the ingredients on one of my old favorites — “PEEPS”.
  And low and behold, just under the ingredients listed, it actually said, “Gluten-Free”!!!
  I was soooo glad to see that and I hope if this is news to you that it helps in at least a small way to bring back some of the holiday cheer that can come with such treats.
