Fried Apples (Draft for testing as of 8/2/08)

Four Apples cut into wedges is preferred.

1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup of Margarine

1/8 Cup of Raisins



  1. Cut Apples (peel if desired)
  2. Heat Margarine in medium skillet
  3. Add apples
  4. Add Cinnamon
  5. Saute on low heat for 15 minutes
  6. turn ingredients in pan
  7. Add Sugar
  8. Add raisins
  9. Saute on low heat for 15 minutes

Serve hot or cold.
