Here at Gluten-Free Simplicity, it is super important that we ONLY provide information that is both Valid and Reliable.
No Bull; No Horns! (c.2009, wtb)
Often, when someone begins to ask me in-depth questions about Gluten-Free Simplicity and Gluten-Free Living, I share with them how I learned that perhaps the most crucial element to successfully negotiating Celiac Disease is accepting that perhaps the most significant ingredient is information (i.e., What does and does not have gluten; where to get affordable gluten-free products; and/or how to think critically about important Gluten-Related information).
Giving bad information to a person with Celiac Disease is kind of like handing a glass of poisoned water to a person who is very thirsty. At G-FS, I don’t give you any Bull, and so I hope you won’t give me the horns.
And by the way… if by chance you ever run across any data on this site that seems like it cannot be right, send me a comment and I’ll triple check it.
Thanks for reading this blog.

Wow!!! I am one of those folks who often appears to be and/or can sometimes be described as, “being in his own little world.” And of course… I know that is frequently NOT a compliment.
About a week ago I found this great new toy. It is a called “Clustrmaps“. It somehow generally maps points on a Global map from which visitors visit my blog/site(s).
Welcome to The World!!! In about a week I have been able to go into my blog and view all these tiny little red dots around the globe from whence people have apparently come to Gluten-Free Simplicity.
For me… a simple guy who often just lives in his own world… this is great — I now have a larger itsy-bitsy Gluten-Free World!!! Thanks to you guys who read it and also thanks to the technology…
Below is a list of some of the wildest places… as well as the number of visits in that last few days.

When you are out of town, watch out for the Gluten Bug!!! Hold it. What am I saying? I should be saying this to me….
Ok…. note to Self. When I am out of town, I had better watch out for the Gluten Bug!!!.
Things Get Crazy, and I Can Not See My G-F Needs Clearly (c.2008, WTB)
Many of us humans do so much better with some consistency in our regular human-type rituals… like, eating, sleeping, bathing etc… But when I am out of town, naturally, these things can get pretty INconsististent. And when my rituals go off track by but sooooo much, it is easy to lose my rythem.
So, that’s really all I am saying. Be careful when out of town. And watch out for the Gluten Bug!!!
It is easy to relapse when these things happen.
