  Even if you are NOT a cook.  Even if you are afraid of cooking.  No matter what — unless you are physically unable — in which case perhaps you could participate with the help of some able hands….  The point is if you can Practice Some Basic Cooking Skills, it can help you live an easier life if you need to be Gluten-Free.

  Sure, it is fine for others to cook for you.  But, if you can also help yourself — knowing the requirments of your diet, you can be much better off.
